Recipe Name: Potato and Sausage Stuffed Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 sausages, casing removed and crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Dried oregano
- Butter
- Mayonnaise
- All-purpose flour
- Lasagna sheets

Instructions:
1. Boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them in a bowl.
2. In a skillet, cook the crumbled sausages until browned. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
3. Add the cooked sausage mixture to the mashed potatoes. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Mix well.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
5. Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Lay them flat on a clean surface.
6. Spoon the potato and sausage mixture onto each lasagna sheet and roll them up.
7. Place the rolled lasagna in a baking dish.
8. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk to make a white sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Pour the white sauce over the stuffed lasagna rolls.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
11. Serve the potato and sausage stuffed lasagna rolls hot with a dollop of mayonnaise on top. Enjoy!
