Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large carrots, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

3. In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

4. Spread vegetables around chicken in the baking dish.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

6. Serve and enjoy!
