Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients:

- 2 cups diced left over turkey
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add flour and stir to combine.

5. Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

6. Add salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, basil, dill, rosemary, celery seed, and turmeric.

7. Add turkey, peas, and corn and stir to combine.

8. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

9. Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs, and melted butter over the top.

10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
