Scrambled Eggs with Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.

3. Add the diced potatoes and onions to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 8-10 minutes.

4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until they are lightly beaten.

5. Add the eggs to the skillet and stir until they are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
