Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

3. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, green chilies, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the chili with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
