Vegetable Rava Upma

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Besan
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1 cup Rava
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the rice, besan, and rava. Toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. Add the onion, tomato, corn, salt, and chili powder. Stir to combine.

3. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and the upma is cooked through.

5. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
