Kale and Salmon Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients:

-1 lb. angel hair pasta

-1/2 lb. salmon, cut into cubes

-1/2 cup diced onions

-1/2 cup diced bell peppers

-2 cups kale, chopped

-2 cups chicken broth

-Salt and pepper to taste

-1 teaspoon onion powder

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

3. Add the onions, bell peppers, and kale to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

5. Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Serve the kale and salmon angel hair pasta hot. Enjoy!
