Make Prawn and Feta Frittata

Prawn and Feta Frittata

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bacon and cook until onion is softened and bacon is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add feta cheese, prawns, and cheddar cheese and stir to combine.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir to combine.

5. Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set and lightly golden.

6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
