Make Prawn and Spinach Frittata

Prawn and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients:

- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 cup of cooked prawns
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.

6. Add the spinach and prawns to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

7. Pour the egg mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
