Prawn Toast

Ingredients:

- 8-10 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.

2. Place the prawns in a bowl and mash them with a fork until they are a paste-like consistency.

3. Add the spring onions, ginger and butter to the prawn mixture and mix until combined.

4. Spread the prawn mixture onto the slices of bread and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.

5. Place the slices of bread onto a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the prawn mixture is cooked through and the bread is golden and crispy.

6. Serve the prawn toast warm. Enjoy!
