Overnight Oats Protein Bowl
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup skyr
-1 scoop whey protein
-2 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, skyr, and whey protein.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs until fully combined.
3. Pour egg mixture into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy your overnight oats protein bowl!
