Recipe: Protein-Packed Chicken and Turkey Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 turkey breast
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 can tuna, drained
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of kale
- Handful of broccoli florets
- Handful of almonds
- Handful of dried raisins
- 1 banana, sliced

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken breast and turkey breast to the skillet, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside to rest.
4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
5. Add the bell pepper, tomato, tuna, spinach, kale, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Slice the cooked chicken and turkey into bite-sized pieces.
7. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, vegetables, chicken, turkey, scrambled eggs, almonds, dried raisins, and sliced banana.
