Recipe Name: Protein-Packed Soy Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup textured soy protein
- 1/2 cup isolated soy protein
- 2 tablespoons soybean oil
- 1/4 cup whey protein
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon seasoning
- 1 teaspoon synthetic flavouring

Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the water and ice cubes. Add the textured soy protein and let it soak for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the isolated soy protein, whey protein, wheat flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
3. Heat the soybean oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the soaked textured soy protein and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the dry soy protein mixture to the skillet and stir well to combine.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, seasoning, and synthetic flavouring. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Serve the protein-packed soy stir fry hot over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
