Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
