Recipe Name: Pudim de Leite Condensado (Condensed Milk Pudding)

Ingredients:
- 1 can (395g) of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 4 cloves
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of sugar
- Margarine for greasing the mold

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a pudding mold with margarine and set it aside.

2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, milk, and heavy cream. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from scorching.

3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Gradually add the flour to the beaten eggs, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

4. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. This step is important to temper the eggs and avoid curdling.

5. Add the cloves and cinnamon to the mixture and stir well to incorporate the flavors.

6. In a small saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Be careful not to burn it. Once the caramel is ready, quickly pour it into the greased pudding mold, swirling the mold to evenly coat the bottom and sides with caramel.

7. Pour the pudding mixture into the caramel-coated mold. Cover the mold tightly with aluminum foil.

8. Place the mold in a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the mold. This water bath will ensure even cooking and prevent the pudding from cracking.

9. Carefully transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is set. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the pudding. If it comes out clean, the pudding is ready.

10. Once cooked, remove the mold from the water bath and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate the pudding for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to fully set.

11. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the pudding. Place a serving plate on top of the mold and invert it, allowing the caramel to drizzle over the pudding.

12. Slice and serve the Pudim de Leite Condensado chilled. Enjoy!
