Make Quarkkuchen (German Quark Cake)

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (Eier)
- 500g quark (Speisequark)
- 150g butter
- 250g flour (Mehl)
- 1 tsp baking powder (Backpulver)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (Vanillezucker)
- 100ml milk (Milch)
- 100ml sunflower oil (Sonnenblumenöl)
- 150g sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the quark, softened butter, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, sunflower oil, and sugar until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites into the quark mixture until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
