Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (Eier)
- 200g speisequark
- 50g melted butter (Butter)
- 100g all-purpose flour (Mehl)
- 1 tsp baking powder (Backpulver)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (vanillezucker)
- 100ml milk (Milch)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil (Sonnenblumenöl)
- 50g sugar (Zucker)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
2. Add the speisequark, melted butter, and vanilla sugar to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
4. Slowly pour in the milk while continuing to mix the batter until it reaches a smooth consistency.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with sunflower oil.
6. Spoon the batter onto the pan to form small pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
7. Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
8. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
9. Serve the Quarkküchlein warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, jam, or maple syrup.
