Quince and Nut Tart
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup of chopped nuts
-2 tablespoons of apricot jam
-2 cups of peeled and diced quince
-1/4 cup of butter, melted
-1/4 cup of sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and nuts.
3. Spread the apricot jam on the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan.
4. Arrange the quince pieces on top of the jam.
5. Sprinkle the flour and nut mixture over the quince.
6. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
7. Sprinkle the sugar over the top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
