Make Rabbit and Potato Stew
Recipe Name: Rabbit and Potato Stew
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled potato, diced
- 2 cups pieces of boiled rabbit
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the diced boiled potato, pieces of boiled rabbit, sliced carrots, and chopped celery to the pot. Stir well to combine.
3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring the stew to a simmer.
4. Add the dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well and cover the pot with a lid.
5. Let the stew simmer for about 20-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have melded together.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
