Recipe Name: Rabbit and Potato Stew

Ingredients:
- 2 boiled potatoes, diced
- 1 cup pieces of boiled rabbit meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped celery to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
4. Stir in the pieces of boiled rabbit meat and season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring the stew to a simmer.
6. Let the stew simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the flavors are well combined.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
