Rainwater Raisin Gingerbread


-1/2 cup butter
-1/4 cup oil
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 cup raisins
-1/2 cup rainwater
-1/4 cup sour cream
-1/4 cup chopped parsley
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup cooked noodles
-2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 pound beef chuck, cooked and diced
-1/4 cup coffee beans, ground
-1/4 cup chopped green onions
-1/2 cup cooked pho noodles
-1/4 cup salsa verde
-1/4 cup gingerbread crumbs


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.

3. Stir in the raisins, rainwater, sour cream, parsley, eggs, noodles, bacon, paprika, beef chuck, coffee beans, green onions, pho noodles, salsa verde, and gingerbread crumbs until combined.

4. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

7. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
