Make Ramen Egg Drop Soup

Ramen Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
2-3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 bundles of ramen noodles

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

2. Reduce the heat to low and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir to combine.

3. In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs.

4. Slowly pour the eggs into the broth, stirring constantly.

5. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
