Ramen Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
1 package ramen noodles, flavor packet discarded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 slices of bread, toasted and cut into cubes

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and ham and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the ramen noodles and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

6. Add the cheese and stir to combine.

7. Add the lettuce and stir to combine.

8. Serve the fried rice with the toasted bread cubes. Enjoy!
