Ramen Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 packages of ramen
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 bagels
- 1 cup of shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the ramen according to the package instructions and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the ketchup, soy sauce, cumin, and chili powder over medium heat.

3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

5. Add the cooked ramen to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Toast the bread and bagels and set aside.

7. To serve, divide the fried rice among four plates. Top each plate with a slice of toasted bread and a bagel. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and serve. Enjoy!
