Ramen Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add the celery and spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the pot and stir until they are cooked through.
5. Serve the soup hot. Enjoy!
