Ramen Plantain Egg Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 package of ramen noodles
-1 ripe plantain, peeled and sliced
-1 egg
-1 sausage, cooked and sliced
-Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the plantain slices and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
3. Add the egg to the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked ramen noodles and sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
5. Serve the ramen plantain egg bowl warm. Enjoy!
