Make Rat Kebab

Rat Kebab

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs rat meat, cut into cubes
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl, combine the rat meat, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Skewer the rat meat cubes and tomatoes onto metal or wooden skewers.

4. Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the rat meat is cooked through.

5. Serve the rat kebabs hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
