Spicy Grilled Ikan Tongkol
Ingredients:
-2 lbs ikan tongkol, cleaned and cut into 2-inch cubes
-2 tablespoons cabe bubuk
-2 tablespoons kecap manis
-1 teaspoon garam
-1 teaspoon merica
-1/4 cup chopped seledri
-2 chopped tomatoes
-2 chopped cabe rawit
Instructions:
1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine ikan tongkol, cabe bubuk, kecap manis, garam, merica, seledri, tomatoes, and cabe rawit. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Place the ikan tongkol cubes on the preheated grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until the ikan tongkol is cooked through and lightly charred.
4. Serve the spicy grilled ikan tongkol warm with steamed white rice. Enjoy!
