Ingredients:
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Set up three shallow dishes - one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
3. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Place the breaded chicken cutlets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove the cutlets from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
