Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
4. Add the shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the onion.
5. Season the cheese and onion mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Carefully stuff each bell pepper with the cheesy onion mixture.
7. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
