Recipe: Chicken and Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb of chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken and Rice Stir Fry!
