Recipe: Chicken and Veggie Pasta Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup frozen veggies
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, sauté the kale, broccoli, and frozen veggies until tender.
3. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the chicken and veggie mixture onto the center.
5. Top with a portion of the cooked pasta.
6. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
8. Serve the pasta tortilla wraps warm and enjoy!
