Recipe: Chicken Samosa

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 package of samosa wrappers
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
4. Stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes to let the flavors meld together.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Let the filling cool slightly.
6. Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center.
7. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding until you reach the end of the wrapper. Use a little water to seal the edges.
8. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
9. Fry the samosas in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
10. Remove the samosas from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
11. Serve the chicken samosas hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
