Ingredients:
- 250g fusilli pasta
- 300g pork, diced
- 1 cup cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
4. Pour in the cream and stir well to combine with the pork and onion. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy pork sauce.
6. Gently fold in the diced avocado, being careful not to mash it too much.
