Recipe: Creamy Cauliflower and Potato Soup with Carrots, Onions, Creme Fraiche, and Sausages

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup of creme fraiche
- 4 bockwurst sausages, sliced

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped cauliflower to the pot. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until the vegetables are tender.
4. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth and creamy. If you don't have an immersion blender, you can use a regular blender in batches.
5. Stir in the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. In a separate pan, cook the sliced bockwurst sausages until browned and cooked through.
7. Serve the creamy soup in bowls, topped with the cooked sausages. Enjoy!
