Recipe: Creamy Garlic Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 egg

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in the tomato paste and dried dill, cooking for another minute.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
6. Spread half of the tomato paste mixture over the potatoes.
7. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and tomato paste mixture.
8. Pour the beaten egg over the top of the casserole.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
