Recipe: Creamy Sausage Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz noodles
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Stir in the sour cream and milk, and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and stir until melted and well combined.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
