Recipe: Garlic Pepper Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Mix the eggs with the vegetables in the skillet.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if desired. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Garlic Pepper Fried Rice!
