**Recipe: Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken**
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Cut the remaining lemon into slices.
5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
6. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
7. During the last few minutes of grilling, place the lemon slices on the grill to get them slightly charred.
8. Serve the grilled lemon herb chicken with the charred lemon slices on top for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy!
