Ingredients:
- 2 New York strip steaks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the New York strip steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Drizzle some olive oil over the steaks and rub to coat evenly.
4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
