Recipe: Pan de Yema

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
6. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten slightly on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
