Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Guide:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the broccoli and sauce.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix well.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
