Recipe: Pepper and Broccoli Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and broccoli florets to the pan and sauté until slightly tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the vegetables.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir everything together.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if desired.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
