Recipe: Pizza Napoletana

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 can San Marzano tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat your oven to its highest temperature (usually around 500°F or higher) and place a pizza stone inside to heat up.
6. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a circle on a floured surface.
7. Spread the San Marzano tomatoes over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Tear the fresh mozzarella cheese and scatter it over the tomatoes.
8. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the oven.
9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
10. Remove the pizza from the oven, top with fresh basil leaves, and serve hot.

Enjoy your delicious Pizza Napoletana!
