Ingredients:
- 2 fresh tuna steaks
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the citrus sauce. Set aside.
2. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side for a rare to medium-rare doneness, or longer if desired.
