Recipe: Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir in the cooked rice and mix everything together.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Shrimp Fried Rice!
