Recipe: Shrimp Fried Rice for 40 People

Ingredients:
- 5 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced bell peppers
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 10 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a large wok or skillet, heat some vegetable oil over high heat.
2. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and scramble the eggs. Once cooked, remove them from the wok and set aside.
4. Add a little more oil to the wok and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
5. Add the diced carrots, bell peppers, and peas to the wok. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
6. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together.
8. Add the cooked shrimp and scrambled eggs back to the wok. Stir well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Serve the shrimp fried rice hot and enjoy!
