Recipe: Spaghetti with Soybean Meat and Sausage
Ingredients:
- 500g Spaghetti
- 200g Soybean meat
- 4 Sausages, sliced
- 2 Medium onions, chopped
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the soybean meat with the soy sauce, coriander powder, paprika, and chilli powder. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the marinated soybean meat and sausages to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
6. In a separate small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the flour and whisk to form a roux. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Pour the white sauce into the pan with the soybean meat and sausage mixture. Stir well to combine.
8. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
