Recipe: Spicy Upma

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Upma
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 mirchi (green chilies), chopped
- 1 aloo (potato), diced
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Add diced potatoes and cook until they are slightly tender.
4. Stir in the chopped green chilies and cook for another minute.
5. Add the Upma to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
6. Season with salt according to your taste.
7. Cover the pan and let the Upma cook for a few minutes until it is heated through.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spicy Upma!
