Recipe: Tofu Veggie Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 block of tofu
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 8 oz of pasta

Instructions:
1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into small cubes.
2. Chop the celery and carrots into small pieces.
3. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In a separate pan, heat some oil and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
5. Add the chopped celery and carrots to the pan with the tofu. Cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
6. Add the chopped kale to the pan and cook until wilted.
7. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together.
8. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Tofu Veggie Pasta!
